Default Bell staff do nothing to promote Z10

Please Login to Remove!

Went to a Bell outlet in Montréal April 20, 2014 to buy a Z10

Their Z10 demo was in a drawer with a dead battery, and I had to ask to please plug it in the wall to see a demo of it!

Bell representative comments:
- Why do bother going for a BB?
- Z10 is 2 years behind in technology
- Can't use it as a remote for your tv!
- Very few apps run on it

One positive was that they liked the touch keyboard.

Bell representatives never mentionned:
- Support Android apps
- BB offers great data compression

Very sad we cannot support better a home-grown canadian tecnology company!

Great data compression? Not any more. No BIS.
Same as every other device.

In terms of data, yes. I love the keyboard over IOS and Android though, and the replaceable battery...

Other than that, there's probably not much it offers over the competition...

I agree, I liked the stock keyboard on the Galaxy Note 2, other than the simple fact that they've omitted auto-correct. That's a big oversight IMHO. I have been using A.I Type Keyboard. What's nice about that 3rd party keyboard is that there are a lot of different themes, you can adjust the size of the keys in both landscape and portrait mode, change the color scheme of the keyboard, etc.
