Well, just wanted to note that this post doesn't really apply. However; if someone has an answer about how to do to this, would be helpful to share.
About 1 week after the battery was replaced and not overheating, then there were problems with the speaker. So our Cell provider sent us a replacment.
After about 1 week having the replacement, the Blackberry itself just died one day. No errors, no warnings, it was fine in the morning and by noon it simply shut off by itself and wouldn't turn back on. We swapped with working batteries, put on the charger, etc. Nadda. So, Our Cell provider sent us a second replacement phone. Cross your fingers this one doesn't die or overheat or have any issues.

The person there told our employee there was an update for the phone to handle the battery issues.
Is this true? If so, what version? Can I push this out via BES? There is only 1 phone with this issue, but it just started, so far the other 3 are fine and we got these all at the same time.
Thoughts? Thanks.
