Hi,

I have email and BES provided by a mail provider and have my emails etc coming to my handset.

On my Outlook, I have several folders set up. So when someone sends me an email it automatically goes into the specific folder with the help of Outlook Rules.

On my handset though I only getting Emails that are in my INBOX coming up; not any in the folders.

Any assistance would be appreciated

Go to Messages > Options > Email Settings > Menu Key > Folder Redirection. From there, select the folders you want redirected to your BlackBerry.

Keep in mind, only messages from the time you select the folders going forward will show. Anything currently in those folders will not show on the device.

Does this facility only work if the handset connects to a corporate email via Blackbery Enterprise Server? I have followed the instructions, but all mail folders associated with the "syncronised" email account are not visible apart from the "inbox"....

"Hide filed messages" is set to "No"
