Default AT&T Rebate Card

Please Login to Remove!

I finally received my rebate in the mail a few days ago. I haven't activated it, but instead decided to do some research first. Apparently, 98% of customers have had a problem when it comes to using the funds. Has anyone had problems and is there an "easy way out"? Somebody suggested transferring the funds to PayPal or just paying your current bill. I want to know is it possible to transfer the funds to a prepaid Visa (from the grocery store), or can that only be done with cash?

Wirelessly posted (overwhelmingly stressed)

I believe the funds are non-transferrable

I've never had a problem myself!

I had it turned down so many times I just used it towards my AT&T bill. I wish they would just lower the price and skip the rebate.

I bought a boatload of blackberrys (Bolds) for my family, I had an equal number of $100.00 rebate cards, I used some at Wal-Mart, Sears and other local stores and finaly applied the remaining balance on my monstrous AT&T bill, I never had a problem using my cards.
