That seems to be their opinion but here was my response to that when they replied:
I have heard this several times but please don't forget:
1- I was quite happy with the SlingPlayer for my Tmobile MDA which ran on the same network. It's not great but it's pretty cool to have mobile TV, even if it's a little choppy at times. Also, I have even gone to audio only when it gets bad and that's still cool if you are watching say CNN Headline News. Most of the time it worked fine on my MDA.
2- I think there are already coming out with similar BlackBerry's with WiFi
There are many BlackBerry fans and with the new Pearl there are a lot more new BB fans every day. I have heard many people in many forums say that they would buy a SlingBox if they could get BlackBerry support.
I think one of the best and most useful features of the SlingBox is the mobile cell phone feature.
Final thing to think of here.. Because Tmobile and Cingular have slow networks they are not selling mobile TV service like Verizon and Sprint, so for Tmobile and Cingular users SlingBox is their only solution. I think this fact makes the BB SlingPlayer that much more important and attractive for marketing reasons for your company.
