I'm about to have my phone replaced due to a problem with the headset jack, and I was wondering if I could restore the new phone that I'm getting with the back-up file from my current phone. Thanks for any help!

Yes you can use Desktop Manager and you can Switch device from old to newone. With this feature you can put all settings and apps to new device.

If you cant do this using Desktop Manager you can backup data from old device and restore on newone.

With this you can save only settings and address book and not applications.
