You don't need BES to install it. You have BIS with Sprint, so you're fine.

I don't have BES nor BIS. I don't have access to BB browser but the Opera mini works fine.

If you're on Sprint, you have to have a data plan with a BlackBerry. There's no way around it. Also, without a BB Data plan, you won't be able to use App World to download the application.

I'm on employee's advantage plan so I don't have data plan with BB but it comes with all other phones. Is there a way I can download it using opera?

No.

You cannot install applications with Opera Mini.

Maybe you could find the application online download it and install via Desktop Manager.

I am unsure if this can still be done now they have the app store.
