A couple of users called not being able to access internet from their handhelds (in the New York City area). Notified AT&T technical support and they indicated that it was widespread issue across the States and its impacting some of the users and not all. They won't go into detail what the common denominator was for those that are effected. Anyone having issues with AT&T BBs?
