Default Sent emails not hiding

Please Login to Remove!

Hello everyone,

I have a Curve on Verizon (my sixth in the past year...but that's another issue) and I have Hide Sent Mail = Yes in my email options but emails are still showing up in my Inbox.

They look like they came from me:

Inbox:
"Corporate User"
"Nerfman"
"Nerfman"
"Corporate User"
"Personal Email"

The Nerfman one's are either one's I've sent from my Outlook or BlackBerry. Come to think of it the one's sent from Outlook are the one's showing up.

Other information:

I'm on a BES, not 5.0 yet I believe as I'm not the administrator.
Curve software is current: 4.5.0.77

Thanks,

Nerfman

It something with your filter that has to be addressed. I am NOT a BES expert but your IT person is I hope.

dankarlinksi:

Good question. Yes, I have a personal Gmail account forwarded to my Outlook but those aren't the emails that are showing up, it's the corporate ones.

Thoughts?

akosnitzky:

That's the first place I started, putting in a support ticket. They said they tried some things but nothing changed. Their other idea was to pull the battery, which I've done but don't have a lot of faith in that solving the issue.

It sounds like a filter issue as said. If your BES guy doesn't know what the issue is, use your BES info and open a ticket with rim. They usually should be able to fix it very fast
