I am currently using a Verizon 8830 that is on the BES. I'm able to hook up the sled and read encrypted email, but receive the following message when I reply back I get the following error "not all recipients support your allowed content cipher.

Means not everyone you are trying to send to can unencrypt your email.

Problem on their side not yours.
