I manage a large number of Blackberry 8310s and have suddenly received a lot of complaints of batteries not holding the charge. I don't see a common cause yet, but intersted in other experiences to speed the resoltion.

Were the devices purchased around the same time? Might be coincidence that they are all failing around the same time.
