Trust me. It there were any way to get that sucker easily out of my personal Tour, I would have found it. There is no gradual anything -- it simply will not budge.

It is definitely the battery. (And not me after all.) I just tried the battery from work in personal and it's no problem. Put the battery from personal in work and again, must use tool to pry it out. So the new battery I ordered should fix it.
