no one knows for sure if the Curve is coming to T-mobile or not. They may get the Curve, or they may get another model of the 83xx, such as 8320...etc

My guess is they skip the 8300 and get the 8320 instead. Is it still the Curve? Who knows, who cares what they call it. I'm calling anything in the 83xx family the Curve. And yes, it's coming to T-Mobile in one form or another. It could take as much as 3 months from Cingular's launch date, depending on exclusivity arrangements, but rest assured TMo will sell it.

90 days after cingular's official released date of the curve, tmo will release their bb curve version.

Default "T-mobile BlackBerry Training..."

I fear posting info for risk of getting flamed, but here goes... take this for what it is worth.

I was in the local T-Mobile store (Northfield Stapleton, Denver CO) today to ask about a Pearl for my wife. While I was there, the manager asked, "you were in here before asking about the Curve, right?" I said yes, and he said, "I don't know much, but I'm going to T-Mobile BlackBerry training next Tuesday (June 19). Supposed to be new stuff coming out in July. They say it is for the Curve."

I played dumb and said, "I thought Cingular / AT&T has an exclusive on the Curve for 90 days."

He said, "yeah, I asked about that. Supposed to be a new Curve, not exactly what they are selling."

He told me to stop in next Tuesday afternoon and he'll let me know what he finds out. May be nothing, but we can keep our fingers crossed, right?

Decided to port my Tmo over to ATT and getting the Curve. I guess I could have waited, but Tmo just doesn't have as good reception in my area as my wife's ATT service.

I'm a little sad I have to leave Tmo as customer service from the BB group had always been great. Will see how ATT does.

Before the 8300 Curve came out for AT&T, they say that the it will be out for T-mobile by the end of July.

I don't know if it is still true today. I hope it does come out end of July though or sooner.

In my opinion, I think the reason why T-mobile let AT&T sell the Curve first is they don't want it to cut into the sales of the Sidekick 3. I won't be surprise if T-mobile decides to delay it until 90 days later after the release of AT&T 8300 Curve.

From the sound of things I guess we still have time to save up for the TMO CURVE!!! I feel bad for those who can't wait and switched to ATT.

The exclusive only applies to the 8300, I dont think it would apply for the whole 8300 series such as the 8320. The 90 day exclusive would not apply here. I hope!

I've heard (speculation) very late early August, for a Curve like device on Tmobile. Notably the 8320, Mama bear with wifi.

iCem, I am in your same page! There is no reason that you feel bad for t-mobile customers who can't wait and switched to AT&T. their problem is theirs, not ours. We have great faithful and loyal to tmobile, Unitl TMO CurVerry hit on tmobile store sooner. Never know that Tmobile curve is best and homescreen is better than att. toobad to them who switched it att with agreement contracts..

Well, while BoyGenius isn't always right, he had a tmo branded 8320 a little while back, so there's one going for it. The second reason is tmo's @home is coming out this month and they'd love to release a curve with @home.
