While I in no way condone what this guy did with the editing of his video, I don't think he should go to jail for 20 years or be labeled a sex offender.

I can't say how I'd react if my child was in the video, since I haven't even seen it (and can't anymore since it was taken down).

Lets take this up a level and ask the question if you can believe any electronic video or photos now a days. Case in point, would you believe a video shown in a court of law? I am not sure that I would.
