Please help me please. I purchased a unlocked Storm and cant do anything no internet no mms no app store nothing. I was under the impression that I could just pop my sim card in and everything would work.

I see the sticky on top of this forum but can someone provide me with a link to where i can download my OS? and is there anything I should know about using an unlocked phone. also I'm getting the "edge" network not the "EDGE" can someone please hold my pretty little hand and help me with getting my Storm working. Do I need to call Tmo and add the phone to my acct or do I need to add a blackberry plan?

Sounds like you don't have a data plan. You'll definitely need it in order to browse the internet and App World.

Without it, you should only be able to make and receive calls.

Regarding OS, is there something wrong with the OS on your device? Like they say if it aint broke, don't fix it.

Tmo won't help you.

You just need to only follow the directions of the Sticky at the top of this section.

AND, the latest OS files are also posted in the same place. If you find the Sticky, you'll find the OS threads.

lowercase edge means that you are not connected to BB data.

As said above, read the yellow sticky and follow the directions EXACTLY. And be patient.

OK so here is what I got through lastnight. I followed the directions and I'm pretty sure I did everything exactly. BUT I dunno about the whole resending of service book. how do I know If I got them resent to my phone? also under my APN it says epc.tmobile.com is that correct? also under tmobile my acct there isnt an option for the BB storm What should I choose there?

Depends on your need. Personally I like Opera Mini, Google Voice, Google Maps, UberTwitter, BerryUnitConverter.
