Afternoon all,
I have a bold 9700 and just upgraded to the new OS and now I can not connect to the BB email sever, the error I get is "the application has enountered an error and cannot contiune" I am not using BB Enterprise. Any information will be greatly appreicaed on what I can do to access the BB Email settings server.

I have done this twice, with no luck! I have three email accounts setup with my provider (T-MO) I can log on to T-MO and see all three accounts, the problem is I have two email boxes (icons) on BB but not the third one. I have looked all over the BB for that folder. Everytime I use the "email wizard" I keep that error message as stated in my first post. Something seems funky here...cluess here...

another update, I did a test from my missing email box icon (email address) and I am receivng the email, I find them in the general inbox icon, however I cant find the email box icon for that email address...any information on where I can find the missing ICON will be greatly appreicated.

If you resent service book and nothing happened, the you may need to delete the accounts in BIS and then add them again.

Is the BB data plan properly activated by the carrier? Maybe call them and have them resend service books for you.

Is there any mail in the main messages folder?

Sounds like the individual icon for that account is hidden. Do a show all and look for it.
