Default Wiping my 7250

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all. I have been playing with themes and trying different IM progs generally getting used to my BB. However now my BB is running slower than usual and I was wondering if wiping it and reloading would help.

In Blackberry Desktop Manager I see a "Erase All Aplication Data" and a "Erase All Currently Installed Programs". Now I understand the difference with there but was wondering if anyone has done it and how safe it is?

I have all my info backed up, but I wanna make sure I'm not gonna screw up before I do it.

Any advice?

You can do it either by using javaloader and o a wipe or by going into options security and then doing a wipe, I have never done it from the desktop manager, but I am sure that if you do it either way I suggested it will work. Just make sure you have a good bakcup to restore from.

If you want to do a real wipe, load the application loader and enter the password 10 times incorrectly
