I know there are posts with similar issues, but I didn't find one on this exactly.

This is about emails only.

On the 8830 I could specify that I wanted NN tones when an email came in. On the Tour I see how you specify the number of times it vibrates, but I don't see anything about the number of tones you want for email

well this is the 9700 forum, but you can change the number of tones on the 9700. in the profile settings its under count. no idea if its the same on the 9630

whoopsie, i'll repost in the right place. But, I don't see "count" for tones, just for # of vibrations.
