Me too. When I check for updates, it says I can update when I am already using 6.0.0.7 and says I will be updating to 6.0.0.5 (when it is infact about to download 6.0.0.7)
As you said these are minor bugs. I will follow up with tech support (help). They are usually very prompt in responding.
6.0.0.8 now available. Check for updates now works properly (says 6.0.0.8 available). Also able to scroll as soon as open up program, without having to touch a key. First time since upgrading my OS to 5 that I this has been solved. All issues that I was having are solved.

I just did the upgrade and the weather is a mess. The location search does not seem to be working and I'm getting Sunday and Tuesday forecast (but not Monday) on the screen.

I'm too tired to deal with this now. I'll ping the developer tomorrow.

Thumbs up response from pocketday support

pocketday support figured out most of my problems (applications permissions) and things are much better. These guys are really responsive. I sent 'em email very early (6:20 am) and got a response in less than 10 minutes. I'm impressed.

I've always had great support from them too. Glad to see there is another update.

I spoke too soon. Still unable to scroll as soon as open up in OS 5.0 I need to touch any key, usually the space bar, to be able to scroll down. Will ping PocketDay.

Has anyone else noticed this? When I change the weather location, the 3 day forcast text does not change or takes a very long time to change. The temperatures change, but not the text.

Yes. It's taking longer than the 5.something I had before, but it's not a huge problem for me. It does change if I give it enough time, but I've had to do a manual "refresh weather" a couple times.

Ok, at least I know it's not my imagination. Not a huge problem for me either.

Another update 6.0.1.0. This fixes the problem with the 3 day weather text not updating.

Upgraded to OS 5.0.0.464 we well as PocketDay 6.0.1.0 and was hoping my issue re scrolling would be solved, but no. Very minor glitch with OS 5 on my bold 9000. Had the same issue after upgrading to OS 5.0 even with pre PocketDay 6.0. PocketDay says that they are aware of issue and are working with RIM to resolve. As I said, a very minor issue.

PD 6.0.1.0 issue: Date format on top is fixed: I can't change it to dd/mm. It show's only mm/dd, with dd/mm selected in 'settings / general'

Three months later and three upgrades in OS 5 and an upgrade to PocketDay 6.0.1.1 (if you check upgrades it says 6.0.1.0 is available) and still not able to scroll down on opening until I touch a key. An otherwise excellent program, but why this glitch has not been fixed by now for OS 5 users is a mystery to me.

I can duplicate this, but only if I exit and restart PD and then try to directly scroll. I generally never close it.

If I start and navigate away and then back, it won't happen. And per my usual method, PD starts on boot and this bug doesn't happen.

Early in the PD 6 versions, there was a virtual keyboard showing up on startup. Did this bug show up when they removed the keyboard?

My least favorite bug is when I open, view, and close a text message in PD, it automatically opens the next one. (I wonder if ever I reported that one...)

This bug showed up when I went to OS 5. I seem to recollect that it was there on a pre-PD6 verson also.
You are correct that it only shows up if you exit and start up again. With OS 5 being such a memory hog, I want to limit the programs running in the background. I am right now waiting for my Blackberry to reboot after a battery pull. Checked application memory and it was 2.8 megs!!, without PocketDay running in the background. Don't know if is my current OS 5 version or some program I installed recently which is resource hog.

We're still working with RIM on this. They have no current explanation. We have a "work around" that we've programmed, but it's a bit timing sensitive right now. We hope to have a fix within the next week.

All,

This issue has now been corrected and an update is available ota:

PocketDay OTA Install

Also, we have added notifications in the titlebar for BBM, Facebook and Twitter. You can map hotkeys to these as well so when you get a notification, a keypress launches those apps.
