Hello. I have had TMo BIS on my 8320 for about a year now, and even today it has been completely flawless. I have a Windows Live email address, and today I got an email for validation. So, I went to "Manage Internet E-Mail" and was greeted with a white page with plain text saying "Your BlackBerry Internet Email session has expired. Please close your browser and try again." I tried deleting and resending service books to no avail. Can anyone help? I can edit from my MyTMobile account but, I should always be able to do it via my phone, right? Can anyone help?

Same thing just started happening to me yesterday. Not sure why. I've called T-Mobile twice, resent service books, everything is as it should be. Everything was working fine for a while, but now it's not.
I'm not even able to download from App World now either, as I was just days ago. Hoping to find a solution for this.
Unlocked Bold on T-Mobile.

A partial service outage, maybe?

Well, I seem to have figured it out, I think.
Login to your T-Mobile BIS account, and click on 'Change Device', and then put in your IMEI number without any spaces or periods. It should already have your PIN in the text box, but if it doesn't, go ahead and add it. After that, I was able to access the internet email page from my phone.
Still can't seem to download from App World though...

Well, thanks I will try it. I might be able to help you with App World, what's your problem? I have a fully functioning App World and I was able to download Shazam (awesome app, blackberry gets unfair treatment against iphone, why do iphone users get it full featured for free?).

"BlackBerry App World is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry App World Server. Verify your network connections and try again."
I can browse, read comments, but when I click download, that's the message I get.

Check your TCP and disable your firewall, or enable it, and see what happens.

Call T-Mobile and do everything that they tell you to do, and after each attempt, tell them your problem is still not fixed (and make sure you tell them you're running OS 4.5.0.81). Eventually, they will connect you to RIM to a rep that has more than just butterflies and spiderwebs between his/her ears (lol). Then you can explain the problem to the rep (but still lie about your OS version) Good luck.

It may not be too big of a deal.
I bought an unlocked Bold from JR.com, and even though the site said QWERTY, it's QWERTZ. The RMA has already been setup and a QWERT bold is on its way. If I'm still having the problem then, I'll dig a little deeper. Let me know if you're able to add email addresses from your phone. I'm curious to see if my suggestion will fix it.
