Whenever an HTML email message is forwarded then replied back to the Body and Headers become mixed up.

This happens everytime I try it. When I forward an HTML email message to user1 and user1 replies back to me the headers get mixed up in the history.

This only appears on the Blackberry. Everything shows up correctly in Notes client. I've looked around RIM's site and various forums for this but I cant figure it out.

The HTML messages I'm using are from various places. Usually just advertisments. Such as BestBuy and Newegg ad's. Everything stays intact except for the spot where the BES (i think) adds in the previous mail stats. Such as To: and From: fields

From what I'm gathering...
Since the Blackberry does not officially support HTML email's, they are for some reason mixing up up the To: and From: fields when replying or forwarding.

Does anyone know if the code within an email that generates the "To" and "From" fields is HTML or what?

I wonder if this caused my recent issue.

Person #1 sends an email to person #2. #2 forwards it to #3. #3 to #4. When #4 replies, it goes to #1, instead of #3 as I would have expected.

Thoughts?

to SCKNEU - are there any HTML in these emails? are the rest of the users CC?

The java code that the Blackberry produces gets mixed up with the HTML code within the email causing the headers and subject to switch

Just one of those things RIM hasn't been able to work out
