I have a blackbery 9930 and just purchased a Belkin Portable-Power Pack 2000. I tried charging the Belkin in my computer until it was fully charged. When it indicated it was, I plugged my phone into it but it didnt start to charge. A message came up on my phone saying that i should make sure BlackBerry USB drivers are installed on my computer, but im not sure what that has to do with the power pack. The power pack instructions say there could be differences in velocity output and the phone input or something like that (?) i dont know what to do..i need help! any suggestions or information on how to get it to work would be great. thanks!
