EDGE and GPRS works for BlackBerry
But after one or two hours does not work
All people have this problem in Iran

That's a question you need to ask your service provider.

I'm curious, is it a time limit? On for maximum of X hours, off for Y hours, then on again for maximim of X hours, and so forth? Or is it intermittant outages? What?

When I installed a program (for example Opera Mini -uc browser - bolt), the Internet works
But after a while...

When reset the phone (alt + shift + del) work again...

For information in case you do not already know, the BlackBerry brand data services do not work unless you have the data service specifically for BlackBerrys. You buy this BlackBerry data service from the same provider of the mobile phone service. And thus, obviously, your mobile phone service provider must support BlackBerrys or else you will not be able to use the BlackBerry data services with that provider.

If you do not have BlackBerry data service (or if you do, but it is not activated on the device you are using) then you will not see EDGE or GPRS in all caps, but only edge or gprs. And, you will not be able to use the BlackBerry browser, BBM, etc.

If you do not have BlackBerry data service but do have regular mobile data service, you can sometime use an aftermarket browser on the service providers APN. This sounds like what you are doing with Opera Mini, etc.

Now, if you are using an aftermarket browser ok and lose connectivity after a while, but then are able to restore connectivity again with a soft reset, I don't know exactly what is happening. I can't say if it is the handset or the network, or what. See what others say.
