I have successfully paired my new BB Tour with my Instinct. I can't transfer contacts from the Instinct to the BB Tour...

...however, I can transfer from the BB Tour to the Instinct.

I'm getting a "Sending Contact Name Failed!"

Any ideas?

Sprint moved them for me as well.

The issue still exists that the Tour can't receive any Bluetooth files (contacts, pix, etc.)from the Instinct phone, but it can send them with no issues.

Sorry I didn't look to see what carrier you were on. I forget that Sprint also has the Tour.

I guess Email, SMS/MMS, or the good 'ol manual input is the best work around for this issue.
