Default Pocket mac freezes at calendar

Please Login to Remove!

From out of nowhere pocket mac freezes at calendar and goes no further. I have done a soft reset on the BB and uninstalled and then re-installed packet mac with updated drivers and it still freezes at calendar. Verizon Customer support is worthless for the mac - they have no idea what to do.

PocketMac can be difficult at times. It could be a corrupt calendar event causing the problem.

Was it working previously?

What changes did you make since the last time it worked properly?

Have you tried pulling the battery on the BB while the device was on and letting it reboot and then try to sync?

Default tried it

It was working fine a few days ago and I have pulled the battery but not while it was on -- so I will try that. I have made no changes to anything ....

Default works 50%

I copied this from another post and it stared working about 50% of the time. Pocket mac still freezes, and I am happy when it does not.

First I uninstalled pocket mac.
Then I got this from another post, and I rememebr last year talking with BB tech support - they had me do this also.
delete .plist files located in HD/Users/***/Library/Preferences. find the ones that corresponds with PocketMac.

Then empty trash and restart computer.
Reinstall pocket mac with driver updates and do a soft reset on BB.

On the first try it worked. Second it Froze., rebooted computer and worked, then froze then worked.....
