Default Blackberry down?? HELP!!

Please Login to Remove!

Is anyone else having issues with their Blackberry on Verizon?

I cannot get online, or even get out of the D or 1X coverage. I am at work, which is where I spend (way too much) time, and cannot get online or use the Messenger or get email. I just started having this issue this morning, although I did get some emails through before it quit. It started around 8:30 EST.

I am currently running 4.5.0.89 and have been for about two weeks with no issues.

Things are working well on the Verizon network on the Pacific coast.

Try pulling your battery for about 30 seconds, then replacing it and letting the device reboot. That seems to cure a lot of ills.

If only...

I feared this as I am the only one in the office that seems to be having this trouble. I've done a few battery pulls and I keep getting the same result. I've also tried to resend the service books and reregister with no luck. I did get about an hour where everything seemed fine, and that was while I was out of the building so I am debating whether or not to wipe the handset and then start over.

Thanks for all of the replies!

FYI...
I just got off of the phone with Verizon who indicated that the issue I am having, which (lucky for me) was the worse that they had received, was something from within RIM. They had a bunch of issues reported yesterday where users could recieve email but couldn't get online, and it wasn't something that was effecting VW customers across the board. VW CSR told me that they were working on it and RIM did know and was supposed to be working on it, so if there are any others experiencing issues with their Curve (this may be effecting other devices, I don't know) from what I can tell, VW is working on it...
