Unhappy Bedside mode glitch?

hey guys, first real post on here where i can't find the answer already.. i have a 9700 on Tmobile... I upgraded to v 5.0.0.862 platform 5.1.0.175 that was found on here.... well not that it happened when I upgraded a month ago or so but just in the last week the bedside mode doesn't come on when in the cradle or plugged in.. i can manualy do it, but i've changed nothing else just started to not work one day.. did a reset several times, checked all the settings and it's suppose to, it does show it's charging in the cradle and i REALLY like bedside mode.... help

When you say you did a reset, did you pull the battery for 30s before rebooting the device?

yes, i've done it 2x..NOW get this last night it died on me because the battery was soooo low, never had that happen I always charge it.. well after a few hours of it being dead I plugged it back in and now it's working again.. wow, weird!
