How do I change the Tmob signature?
Please Login to Remove!
I know I've seen it before on My Tmobile. Where you change/delete the part that says "posted from the Blackberry Pearl" with all your emails from the phone. I cannot for the life of me find that sucker again Thanks for your help, I feel like an idiot.

Thanks. Tried that many times. No good. I guess because I don't use a Tmob supplied email address I can't change it. I use a POP3 address(es) on my BB. There's no EDIT option for me, nor is there a menu for either.

Are you using POP3 via BIS?
If so, then the solution is the same. You must log into your T-Mo BIS account to make the change. Just because you don't use the T-Mo account (good idea by the way), that doesn't matter.

T-Mobile makes it a little odd to access the actual BIS interface. Once you log into your T-Mobile account, go down to the bottom under "messaging" and look for "Set up BlackBerry Internet e-mail >" Click it and you'll find what you're looking for.

You can also click on the icon of your phone next to the "Hello: Your name" message at the top right of the screen.

Since they changed their website the whole access is screwed up. Cannot find a way to change my sign nor any filters. Any luck anyone?

Found it. When login, click on phone. Even if the phone that appears is yours, just click on change your phone and reselect your BB. When the process is complete, you will see on the right of your BB picture in th etop box a link to changing signature and filters.
What a poor website....

They actually have manage email, under one of the new tabs. So there is no reason to do what you just said to mess with email settings

Guess what? THIS IS NOT TRUE.
I tried the "Connect and SHare and Configure email" it links you to a tmobile email address, not my gmail account.
This is a known issue with their new website. Tonight again, I had to go through the whole setup to check filters.
This is the only work around I found on the web.

Have you read the post? This is a TMOB know issue.
What you are describing ask you to create a new email address (and trying to make you create a tmo.blackberry.net: no, thanks), does not give you the option to change signature and is managed by Tmob.
What I am talking about, and other people talk about in this post and the link I have attached above, is getting access to the former BIS management. The only way to do it, if it does appear on the phone page, is as I described.
Just try it and you will understand what we are talking about.

I hate to keep arguing over something as stupid as you not reading, but I am not being asked to create a new email. Doing exactly what YOU say doesn't work takes to my bis page. It shows me my tmo address and my gmail address(which I just told you it did before). And I can change my filters and add or delete email address. under configure email is two options, one the change your email, which would make a new tmo address. and one to manage email, which takes me to bis. It may be affecting a few users, after all that's why people come to forums, but it works for me. So how are you going to tell me to try it, when my last post describes me trying it, then you have the nerve to get ****y with me, its a only a forum brother. but everything on the site works for me since the upgrade

I am glad you do not have the problem and everything is fine.
But I, and apparently some other users, have the problem.
Your telling me that it works for you does not help us in solving that problem.
However my sharing of a work around for that issue might, hopefully, help those of us that do not have your luck.
Have a nice day.

need help too
Long story - but I set up my work email as a "personal email" (I work remotely, and this was the easiest way to set it up because they dont have BES) Anyway, I have no idea where to change the "sent by blackberry" message. I do not have a BIS account, nor an att.blackberry account.
I really want to get that off my messages.....

if you setup email as personal email, and can receive emails on your blackberry you have BIS.
