"Paired Devices" is what devices that are "linked" together you need to have your computer paired together with your phone in order for them to communicate with each other and transfer files and syncing

Once you pair either your computer or a headset, it will show under paired devices.

Have you purchased a Bluetooth dongle already? You kind of have to help yourself here a little.

It depends what you are trying to do. If you just want to send music files, video, or photos, etc. to your friends bluetooth, you will need to pair your bluetooth enabled device to that of your friends (will generally ask one of you to enter a code - that you make up - and the other to confirm). Once you are paired, it's simply a matter of locating the file you want to send, then "click" send via bluetooth while you friend clicks "receive with bluetooth."

In addition, if you are trying to send files to your friends laptop or computer, their computer will need bluetooth software and a dongle or bluetooth receiver. Likewise, you will need to pair and send in a similar manner.

Hope this helps Rebecca
