In messaging - on the left had side where the time is - does anyone know what the double envelope icon means? It is one envelope over another envelope.

What model handset and what software version are you using? It might be an e-mail icon and an SMS icon, but I'm not positive about this...

Does it look like an open book? If so, it is a "Service Book".

Go into settings / options / service books and accept any open service books.
