What is the best ringtone creator program. Most I've found require a subscription per month and send via text message. i just want to create a mp3 that i can post and put on my BB 8700. Is there a program out there??

Download Audacity and the LAME dll from Source Forge. Works great.

There are lots of places to find ringtones and apps for your BB. For ringtones, read through the Sticky Download Ringtones, at the top of the page you opened this topic for a good start. For apps, search the "Aftermarket Software" Forum on this site. Also, search the "Sponsors section". What do you want in the way of apps?

Yes please help, a quick how to would help. the online Help doesnt work. it doesnt mention anything about ringtones.
