Default Can't log into Administration service

Please Login to Remove!

I have been reading these forums all day hoping someone had the same problem as me that had a solution, but I have to ask. I have been using BES for about a month now and went to add another user. When I clicked on my bookmark for the administration console it said page not found. Did some research refreshed the services and I got a web-page. Now is says the user name or password is not correct please correct the entry. Have tried all suggestions I have found from various postings and web searches to no avail. Can't even puzzle out what the problem is. The logs don't seem to have anything much in them to help but there are intermittent errors with the global catalog which doesn't make sense because I have four of them in my domain.

I've been getting the same from our new MSE BES setup (we're migrating from GW). If I restart the BAS services on the primary BES in the pool I can usually bust the login issue loose and get into BAS. I've also had to open and login to BAS straight off a BES to be able to use it remotely. I'm working with our RIM tech on these issues but they seem to be related to certificate errors with our SQL cluster.

I'm not having certificate errors as I use verisign, however I can't even login from the server itself. Its strange because there have been no changes to the server. Luckily the service for existing users seems fine. Just wish there was a more reliable way to administer the thing. BTW I'm using exchange 2010 and it's a fresh install. I had BESX working on it even before I got all the users migrated from the 2007 box I just decommissioned.

D34d10ck do you have DNS names for the BAS instances in the pool? We switched over to TCP for BAS which sped up local BAS instances but one of our instances didn't have a DNS entry and it caused problems across the pool. We handled that and we are in good shape so far.

what do you mean "instances in the pool" I tried re-installing bes but it just hosed my email server and stayed broken. I have two users on it at this time, need to activate a couple more, but this login thing is killing me. I'm trying to standardize the mobile devices to blackberry but if I can't login I can't really push for that.

I would also like to note that this is a default install with all services running on my exchange 2010 machine. I have no idea what is causing this and it's holding up a lot of people from preforming their jobs as they cannot get their emails.

You do get one support call for installation on page 7
http://us.blackberry.com/support/sof...ress%20FAQ.pdf
there is also a video to help install it too.
