Folks, sorry if this is redundant, and answered somewhere else...

Worked for a company, used their BES. Backed up all my data prior to me knowing that they would wipe the handheld, after my resignation.

After they wiped the phone from the BES server, I restored my phone.

Started for new company the following week, joined their BES.

Noticed after syncing/joining their BES, I can't seem to create any calendar items, nor can I see my outlook/entourage calendar at all on my BB.

Wiped the handheld, asked IT to rejoin me to BES, rejoined/sync'd... Calendar worked, I restored only my contacts from the same backup.

I notice the contacts from the backup show up in an Unkown profile, and after a few hours, the BB reboots and then my calendar goes back to not working again.

So, this time I wiped handheld, did NOT restore anything from my backup. BB works fine... calendar, etc.

My only issue is... I am out of date on my contacts, I am missing contact information...

So (a) why does this happen when I restore only my contacts from the backup?

(b) what is the easiest way for me to get the contacts OUT of that backup and sync'd up with my handheld/BES account.

(c) I am trying to look into Mobileme or iTunes to Entourage/Address Book. to sync up the items...

(d) what would be the easiest way for me to see the contacts and apply them back? even if I have to display them to manually enter them...
