Default Z10 - Account info needed - Your account is no longer synchronised..

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all, tearing my hair out here and in need of some help..

We have 5 Z10s which, up until 2 days ago were working great. One by one on that day, each device started to mess up. Regularly throughout the day they will be given the message - "Account info needed" "Your account is no longer synchronised with your device. Check that your account settings are correct. If they are correct, contact your email service provider".

If we re-enter the password on *some* of the Z10s it gets us back in for anywhere between 5 and 30 mins before error comes back. Other Z10s wont come back on at all.

I've spent 2 days trying to find the cause and no further forward reading every post I could find on the internet. We are using Exchange 2003 Small Business Server and on the T-Mobile UK network.

Please help!

Thanks
John
