Default Speakerphone

Please Login to Remove!
The speakerphone on my bb9000 is not working and its affecting the ringtone which is not ringing out. pls help asap.

The speaker does not work, period? It's not just a muted profile setting?

Play a media file and turn the volume all the way up. Anything?

If not, then likely the speaker has failed.
