BB8800 V 4.5.0.187
Apologies if this is in the wrong forum - I'm not sure whether this post should be here on Maps and GPS.
I have an "unlocked" Vodafone 8800 which runs happily on O2. I have tried to download the "trafficmaster companion" app from Blackberry Apps and I get the message
"This application is not available on your device or for your carrier" This was obtained by clicking on the "open in Blackberry App World" tag at appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/4525 (BlackBerry App World - Trafficmaster Companion TRIAL)
The BB was previously used on BES, but I used the JL_Cmnder's resttofactory to get rid of any IT policies. Yet I still can't download the app. Trafficmaster tell me I should be able to download. I have a BB data plan with O2 and have downloaded other apps from blackberry apps.
I have noted a difference in the provisioning service book between the previous BB (8300) and this, and (as I am using the same SIM) am wondering whether this is the cause oof my problem

Note that the odl BB now no longer has a SIM in.
Is this service book to be causing me the problem? And if so how do I fix it please? I have searched the forum (provisioning AND service AND book; also Blackberry AND Apps AND download) but have found nothing.
Just to say also, how good this forum is. I have learned lots (but obviously not the right things so far)
Sorry for such a long post,
