I meant one that supports the playbook, i know there are a bunch out there, i just dont want to buy one, and then return it.

What do you mean "supports the PlayBook"? The PlayBook will work with Bluetooth mice and keyboards. Simple as that. Go buy whichever you like best and connect them following these instructions: BlackBerry KB26514.

How is this wrong? The PB works with my logitech bluetooth keyboard and mouse just as good as it works with my bluetooth apple keyboard and mouse (which aren't pc branded).

Again, why do we need extra $hit to carry around? I really like my dual 22" monitor setup when I am at my desk. I don't even touch the PB when I am in the office unless I take it to a meeting. Honestly I tried the PB with a BT mouse and keyboard and didn't like it. You can't get the full effect of swiping, multi-touch and portability.

Just because you have a preference against using a mouse and keyboard, it doesn't mean everyone does.

Today I tried a apple BT mouse/keyboard combo. But the PB never found mouse or keyboard. There are reports these should work.

Anyone else tried this ?

the playbook will pair no trouble with apple products as apple and playbook use the HID bluetooth format . bb phones use the other format so unless you use a dual format bluetooth device your out of luck
i just got a Targus akb32us mini keyboard and a logitech v470 mouse both work well with the playbook .

also when pairing you need to use search not listen and you should be good to go
