I took a look at your code and saw the famous "foo" and thought of my misspent youth and PDP-11 assembly language.

What do you call a dead spammer? Spam in the can!

In the early 80s I was the system admin on a VAX used for pipeline SCADA. Earlier I did PDP-11s and went through 3 upgrades before the VAX. We had one of the first operating real time systems written in C. It was amazing how well it worked with minimum ram, hard drive and cpu horsepower by todays standards doing graphical displays, data acquisition over 6 phone lines and all. Interesting thing was I found out about memory leakage with C. You had to reboot the system about once a month to keep the speed up. We still have the same bloody problem 25 years later. So much for progress.

Spam was something you ate at 3:00 AM when troubleshooting/debugging an upgrade. This was in addition to cold beenie-weinies, oatmeal cookies, nachoes, cold pizza, and gallons of coke. Jungle Lunch!!!!!

hey, don't be mad at the thread creator.

He's just had enough and is tired of being poked around by verizon. This is the bi-product of being pushed around by verizon.

Don't keep him down, just support, be there for him and understand his frustration!

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8800/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Well ignorance is bliss and common sense should be called rare sense these days. Heck if the carrier trained ther csr's with full knollledge of what they were selling verizon would be out of business verizon prefers to keep peopl in the dark even ther own employees. To preserve ther not so secret "trade secrets". The problem is new custi's don't do any research beofre buying a phone and getting an account with a carrier an they think short term. EG take att an the ibrick. " Ooooooh shiny new phone me want. Well untill they do the math an see the srp and ther first bill. That comes in a box or comes out to over 4 grand the shiny new device is all they think abalut an the fact that they can get it for cheap or FREE.

But everbody here knows nothing is truly free there is always a catch22. Anybody whao asumes otherwise is lying to themselves.

Get a life. LOL, i won't even get into it.

But I guess you missed my point.

If a company has treated you bad, to the point someone is frustrated like THAT. I think they have a right to vent and let people know of their experience. (heck ask me about sprint!). I mean, if some guy ripped you off on the forum in the classified section, I'm sure you would let everyone know.
