It is very important to have cheap beer in one's home (or hotel room in my case) for guests, or for times when you're simply looking to get trashed. At the time that the thread was posted, I was the latter.

If it is cheap vodka, yes, but I drink good vodka, so I don't like to give it away.

lol, well I am nice to my guests and they get a minimum standard of Absolut. I'm of the opinion that there is rarely any point in drinking manky vodka/beer/whatever - even if you're looking to get trashed, might as well do it with stuff that does not resemble paint-stripper and/or tap water (Coors). I'm not talking Grey Goose here, but I think we need to set a minimum standard of acceptability.

I'm nice to some people. I have a few good friends that let me drink their good stuff, so I let them drink mine. I also let my dad drink my good stuff.

Anyway, at least it's not Coors Light. The only thing good about that is their commercials on TV. Those are gems.
