Hi,

i'm having problems with folder redirection for just one user. I have activated user on BES and everything works fine except folder redirection, it's grayed out and i can't select witch folders to redirect. When i activate another account on the same phone, after wiping, everything is ok. Policy is the same for both accounts.
I read a few topics for this and i tried everything but with no result.
The phone is Bold 9780 and server is MDaemon 12 Blackberry Edition.

I have come across this before and the issue ended up being a corruption in the mailbox. I suggest wiping the device, deleting the user from the BES, moving their Exchange mailbox to a different server (or at least a different information store), re-add to the BES, and Enterprise Activate.

When moving mailboxes across information stores, corrupt items are skipped.

The poster is not talking of Exchange here, but MDaemon. The question is if folder redirection is available on this platform. I don't know. It looks like the service book for forlder redirection is not on the device.
