I have 2 email accounts set up on my new Blackberry Curve -- 1 is a gmail account and one is a consolidated account. I get all my emails from the gmail account, but I am not getting all of the emails from my work (consolidated) account.

Is there a setting that I am missing? How can I fix this??

I am on BIS, I think the email is validated --I received most of my emails, but not all of them.

I had one user that had this exact same problem. He used Yahoo and we never have figured out what the problem is.

It's strange because one of the other partners in my firm has his consolidated account set up, and he has the exact same phone as me, and he has never missed an email.

I would try deleting the account from your BIS page, deleting the service books from your Blackberry for that account, doing a battery pull, and then re-adding that account back.

My buddy has the same issue and we think it's due to his IT policy at work. He set up his msn email and it worked fine. He then too it to his IT department at work and now his IT set up a policy that prohibits him from adding any emails BUT he still gets them but the MSN folder has disappeared and EVERYTHING comes into this "messages" folder.

We tried all of the above and its still a no go
