Hello,

I have the hotmail plus version. It has ALWAYS worked with my bb curve ...however just last night it has NOT been receiving my new hotmail messages.

I checked hotmail on my computer and the messages are there, however they are not reaching my bb.

can someone please help me?

go into the bb Personal email set up icon.... log in and verify your setting...

note that if you just changed your password on your hotmail account, you have to update that in the personal email setup screen....

I changed my mail.com password, then my mail stopped coming in... I updated it on this above screen and vola.. email came back...

how do i log into it? I never have to log on. All my emails on my bb are icons that i just click and they open up.

I have not changed my password at all.

I am completely new to bb's so please excuse any stupid questions.

I just want my hotmail to work!

I had the same problem. I have been using an unlocked version of the BB curve on T-Mobile for about one month. I have been receiving all of my e-mails just fine from my msn e-mail address. Yesterday it stopped working and I get a gateway not found error code 502. T Mobile tech support said the msn server is not communicating with their server. They are not getting the e-mail information from msn, Can someone shed some light on this problem

After reading some more it seems to be a wide spread problem with msn/hotmail accounts. I re-sent the service packs and re-registered...still nothing. T-Mobile said the server timed out trying to receive information from msn/hotmail.

Does anyone have a tech support number for msn that doesn't charge?
