The arrow is all over the place. Unusable.
Any other good browsers?

Do you have a BB data plan? The BB browser is the best for a BB right now IMHO.

Yes I do.. I like the Opera because it's noticeably faster then the BB browser.
Oh well.. Guess I have to wait for an update.

Actually, it only appears to be faster since it uses proxy servers. But since it isn't a RIM based product, it isn't as efficient as the BB variety. You might try the Bolt Browser. Use a search and/or Google to find it.

I was long time user of Opera then jumped ship to bolt, Bolt is quicker then opera last I checked. haven't used it on my 9650 however, the BB Browser in 5.0 is pretty good.

Also I would not trust any browser going through a proxy with any banking confidential information.. Just because.

As a consolation, the polar mobile apps work much better with the 9650

Are you guys using Opera Mini 5 Final? I have a Tour and OM 5 Final sucks compared to Opera Mini beta 2. The font on the final is too small for me to read and the speed dial page looks terrible compared to the beta 2. I "downgraded" back to the beta 2.

I ask because I thought my Tour was dead tonight (it wouldn't charge) and I was considering either a 9650 or a Curve (I greatly prefer the Curve keyboard). My Tour came back to life at home with the OEM AC charger.

I have the COD file for the beta 2 and would like to send it to anyone who will try it out on the 9630. It is installed easily and instantly with BBSAK.

I am a BIG FAN of Opera Mini 5 (beta 2) and I read my favorite newspapers every day with it. I won't consider the 9650 if the beta 2 is jumpy as well.

Somebody wanna try it on the 9650?

I have the last OM for the Tour and I like it better than the BB browser as well. Of course I wouldn't for bank stuff (that's why I have a laptop lol) But I've tried Bolt b4 and it was impressive a little. It was was too hard for me though so I went back to Operamini ^^
