Default strange browser behavior os6 Verizon

When I use one of my quick launch icons to load a webpage in any of the OS 6 builds over 200 (I think), it will launch two tabs in the browser. One for my site, and one for the blackberry.com home page. 9/10 do it, one does not. Anyone else having this problem? Not the end of the world, just very very annoying....

I have this problem too. It happens when I use icons to launch nytimes , Boston Globe, etc by using their icons that are loaded onto my home screen.

I don't think these are "official" releases by the carrier so you can expect issues such as these to crop up. Have you tried the latest release for your device to see if it has been fixed?

See the yellow sticky at the top of this section for the latest. Mach sure that it is one specifically for your model number.
