Default All Picture And Video Deleted Themselves????

Please Login to Remove!

helpppp, my phone deleted all my pictures and video by itself it was fine last night and now this morning its all gone, i turned my phone of and back on again and then the wallpaper which was a picture of mine went off aswell, i can take picture but when i want to record a video it says please insert a media card to record it have never said that before, can i get my pictures and videos back??? helpppp

also i do have a media card in the phone.

Remove the back cover and check if your memory card has become loose / dislodged from under /along side the battery.

Taking it out, blowing it clean and replacing it wouldn't harm either.

ok ive taken the battery out and taken the memory card out and re inserted it turned it back on and still nothing ive go onto option then memory and it says a media card is not presently inserted into the device but its is???

Hmm, I'm no expert but it sounds like a dead memory card.

It sounds a simple question but is the memory card definitely inserted the correct way?

To be honest, I don't know for sure. Don't do anything drastic with it yet though, just wait and someone else may be able to help further.

You could try using a cardreader in your PC to see if it's your phone causing the problem.

To answer your question regarding "can it just die like that"... Yes they can and do. Thats why it's important to keep backups.

There is a program called pandorarecovery that can get some stuff back of your card if it is not damage.

Pull the battery and look for prompt to repair media card. My guess is that your items are there but just hidden
