Are you able to forward your exchange mail to another address? If so that would be the easiest way. Or, if they have an Outlook Mobile Address then you should be able to set that up on your carrier's BIS web site.

I'm in this situation as well...you should find out if your company allows IMAP access to your email...mine does, and that is sufficient for you to setup access to your email automatically on your Pearl (just enter your email address and password on the Pearl).

In my case I had to request IMAP access on our company's intranet, access was confirmed via an email within a day or so, and then I set it up on the Pearl.

Using IMAP your work email won't be immediate (I see anywhere from a couple of minutes to a 15 minute lag). Emails you send from your Pearl will end up in your Sent folder in Outlook, as if you sent them from your computer, which is nice, and Read vs. Not Read status is consistent on both the Pearl and in Outlook. IMAP access works well, not as slick as BES (which my lucky wife has) but a nice alternative.

If you don't have IMAP, before you try forwarding or other similar methods, make sure you won't go afoul of you company's security rules...I was told mass forwarding of emails to an external address was not allowed at my company.
