Default deleting files

Please Login to Remove!

My BlackBerry Z10 whenever I install an up or anything even pictures or music when it switches off it wipes everything I have to do it again it even wipes the wifi what must I do

Where are you saving the photos to? If memory card then replace as it may be defective. If to internal memory you need to see how much is available. too many photos and apps will limit your ability to save anything. the Z10 has 16 Gb of storage and based on my Z10 the basic amount of memory used is about 7 Gb.
you can check amount used in settings, storage.

There was an issue in the past that matches the description. See the following.

All data is wiped after a restart of the BlackBerry 10 smartphone and a blue LED is displayed during boot up

My advice is follow the instructions and run to tool.

Interesting, I fortunately have not had this issue. I wonder if the OP has seen a blue led as indicated.

I have not had it either. Only know about it because of the KB article and the users on the now closed BlackBerry forums.

The consistent symptom is the apparent device wipe when the device is restarted. No one comments on the blue LED. But most users (not every one) who reports the symptom reports the KB provided the fix.
