Default Browser Trackball

Hi,
I tried adjusting the trackball sensitivity and it works except for the Browser. The trackball seems to move the cursor very slowly. I did a search but came up empty. Any ideas? Thanks.

there's no way to adjust it in the browser, but for me the cursor moves quite quickly? how old/worn is your trackball?

It's not so much the speed that bothered me, but the eratic trackball movement in the browser and was one of the things that kept me from upgrading to the Bold initially. I suspect that RIM may be able to fix it in a s/w update, but it is quite annoying. If it doesn't get fixed in the next 20 days, it's going back, and the iPhone will be in the stable.

try opera mini. i don't know if the bold supports it, but the cursor on that moves a lot slower than BB browser

first, start a new thread. posting in a totally unrelated thread will not get your question answered faster or your problem solved.

then, describe to us what happened before the error started. were you upgrading the operating system? installing an application? theme?

or did it just happen out of nowhere (not likely)

The Bold is new from AT&T. I guess I'll wait to see if a software upgrade fixes it.
Thanks.

i just got a replacement Curve (refurbed) from verizon and i am having the same problem, in the Browser the trackball has horrible vertical sensitivity, but in other apps it seems to be fine. any ideas? should i just trade it out for another refurbed one and hope for the best?
