Our WhatsApp client for BlackBerry is now in the limited public beta stage. We hope to make a final release in the next couple of weeks with some additional features. Meanwhile if you want to check out our beta, you can OTA install it from WhatsApp BB Beta OTA

The application is a status indicator for your phone: same concept as a status you use on Y! Messenger or ICQ to tell others about your chat availability -- but this time its a status directly for your phone. You can read our FAQ to learn more about the app: WhatsApp FAQ
