I used to be able to change my BES email from Desktop to whatever I want using the desktop software. My new company uses Wireless enterprise activation, and I can't find a place to change this field.

Can this be changed on an individual device?

Hi

We may need more information. If you were using POP prior to coming to your new company, you will need to ask your IT dept. to assist you in Enterprise Activating your device. If you have been provided a password, you can do this by going to OPTIONS / ADV. OPTIONS / ENTERPRISE ACTIVATION.

Once in there, you can then enter your new email address and the password that was provided and click your roller to menu "Activate".

Your original POP email accounts can be still accessed and you can manage the inboxes using separate icons. By going to:
Email
Options
General Options
SMS and Email Inboxes "Separate"

You can't make this change from the device itself.
You need to use Desktop Manager.

Right, I have the BES enabled already, but where do I chage in in the blackberry?

Please re-read my post.
You CAN'T change the setting on the BlackBerry.
You can only change the service name using Desktop Manager.
